Suspicion buyer wont pay up...

Hi all,
I sold 2 concert tickets on sunday via ebay for a concert that's happening on wednesday (day after tomorrow). anyhow, winning bidder has no feedback and is obviously a new user...as I have the tickets electronically, I've offered to e-mail them, and said I would do so once she provided her e-mail address and paid the money into paypal. She's given me her e-mail, but is ignoring my requests to pay.
If the worst happens and she doesn't pay, what are my options? Do I have any rights to relist the item tomorrow? Have already warned her that if she doesn't pay today I will, but she just sent me her e-mail address! Am worried that she wont pay, and I wont be able to recoup the cost of the tickets (I only decided last minute I wasn't going).
Am getting really worried...as a student, I can't really afford to lose the money!
Thanks in advance for any help!

Am I allowed to relist if I have already sold the item, though? I don't usually sell stuff on ebay, so not sure if I'm meant to give the buyer a minimum period to pay up? They won the auction yesterday...0

any other bidders? go for a 2nd chance offer0

surely you could get scammed, the same way as paying with PP ,then picking item up? You would have no postal tracking number for paypal,if she decided that she was going to say she never received them? Iknow you would show them the email etc but that is not good enough for PP.TO FINISH LAST, FIRST YOU HAVE TO FINISH....0

IIRC digital delivery isnt allowed on ebay
of course the op could follow up the DD with a hard copy posted out0 -

Hi
I would contact the buyer and say as you havent received payment and the concert is wed you are going to relist. Relist now with immediate payment (dont know if you can do buy it now for a 1 day listing?) and then send a hard copy of the tickets via 1st class recorded to prove that you sent them to paypal. I also email the buyer a copy so they can attend.0
