Is it just me or do they not care at all about customer service?
Everytime I order something it's out of stock despite showing on the website for days after as available - I've even tried ordering again sometimes thinking they have more stock but still nothing.
Yesterday (madly) I thought I'd brave it again and ordered 7 items - all showed on the order summary and I printed a copy. When the confirmation came through it only had 5 and no mention of the other 2. I emailed - no reply!
Today got a mail saying they were unable to process my order and so had removed nectar points from my account. There was a number on the email so I rang and got a very disinterested woman who said there were still 5 items showing but she didn't know anything so to email again.
Just emailed and got an Out of Office automated reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How can eveyone be out of office? It says all staff are too busy with the Spring Spectacular and won't be answering mails until next week. I could understand if they were a small shop but really!!
I won't be using them again that's for sure.

That's appalling.
I would write to their HO and complain, enclose order numbers from past and present.
You should get a gift card from them.
