Free Used Video Game

I think this has been posted before but I'm not sure if the coupon code has been so I'll post it again.

Goozex are offering one free used game when you sign up to their website. The website allows you to trade your unwanted video games with other users and implements a points system as currency. You send a game to someone and earn points which can then be spent on a game for yourself.

If you sign up to Goozex you will receive 100 free points. This is enough for a fairly old game but if you can think of a game you wanted to get a couple of years ago then you have nothing to lose. You can request games from all current game systems.

When you sign up you will be asked for a coupon code.

Enter: VGPOP-EU

You will get an extra 100 points after your first successful trade which you can use to get an extra game! I don't know whether spending the first free 100 points is classed as a trade or not but potentially you could get an extra free game!

As for the post on the whole...it looks like a good site, especially the fact you can get a free game up to 100points just for registering (and i just looked at ps2 games and there are a fair few to choose from. Might look into this furthor later No code required, see the banner about the free game!

Thanks for the heads up, referral removed Yeah you do get a free 100 points just for joining but the code gives you an extra 100 points on top of this after you complete your first trade. Unless I've misunderstood (very very likely lol).

Isn't there a 1 euro charge once you receive the game? Or have I misread? But seems like a very nice site to use. Thank you!

Concerning the 1 euro charge, you don't have to pay it for your first free game. You have trade points and you have Goozex points. Trade points cost 1 euro each with 1 point deducted for each game you request. When you create your account, you receive 1 trade point for free so no euro charge. It seems to be a true freebie.
My game is in the post apparently, just had the email. Will let you know if I actually receive it and will also let you know if I get 100 extra points .

Hi guys.
I just signed up and have 'spent' my 100 points on a game. However, I find their system confusing. Firstly, there's very few games at 100 points available, I then found one available which was ok - I clicked 'want it' and I'm 'first in the queue'. Does this mean the owner will be notified to send me the game or what?

So, I want Halo 2 for PC which is 400 points but sign up and the code would only give me 200 points if i'm not mistaken. So my question, please is: Do I have to sell a game(s) worth 200 more points to get Halo 2.

Is there no way to sign up twice and transfer points?

I doubt you could get a ps3 game or even any game that was released in the last 3 years to be honest. 100 Points is enough for a classic ps2 game though and alot of pc games are available too. I quite like the idea of the points for games system, not checked the forums over there but I'd imagine there's a nice community there too.

Good luck to all that have requested games and post here if and when you get them. I'm expecting mine soon haha!
