Depends on lots of variables. What is the area of law they want funding in? Is there a provider available? Is this an age related pension? Do they have rent/mortgage etc to pay? There is a CLS website that does have a rough calculator but I don't know if that's the one you're talking about as not working. You can always try CAB as a first port of call. They can do a rough calculation and also refer to a provider if necessary. HTH~A mind is a terrible thing to waste on housework~0

I can tell you categorically that if someone's only income is £110 per week andthey have no assets, they will be entitled to legal aid. I do legal aid calculations every day at work.
Not every area of law is covered by legal aid and the legal services commission would make an assessment on the merits of a case before granting a full certificate in any event but on the income quoted an initial consultation with a solicitor would be covered by the legal help scheme for a diagnostic interview at least. The costs of this may fall to be paid back if a financial settlement was the end result but it would only be a fraction of the rates for paying privately.0 -
I am on pension credit and recently got legal aid in a family matter. Your solicitor will arrange this for you.Sealed pot challenge 5430
