Congratulations on clearing your debts so quickly. I wonder if you could offer me some advice as to where to go, I am totally at a loss as to where to start and only join the forum becasue I heard about your story. I owe about £25K in total which includes personal loans, student loans and credit cards all of which seemed to have escalated when I set up my own business. If you could offer me a starting point on how to get a handle on this or who to go to get a strategy implemented that would be wonderful.0

lilacbrook, post this information and a little bit more about where your debts lie, amount of debt with each card/loan etc and, if you have the information, what interest rates (APR) they are at. We'll then be glad to help. You'll get more attention and advice if you start your own thread, and it will help you to keep track of the discussion better too!
Good luck!Debt Oct 2005: £32,692.94

I am glad that this post has encouraged you just as so many other posts on MSE have done for me.
Please do what Tondella and Lotus_flower have advised and open your own thread clearly listing your SOA, which is ALL bills/debts how much you pay to each include interest rates, PPI and always included the OD and list your income.
Also include things such as mobile phone bill, and insurances and savings that youhave.
Good luck and I along with others will be looking out for your post and cheering you along..
