Don't believe this for a minute, I live in chesterfield and there's a lot of new builds that will have bombed in value. Also since its a relatively small town I doubt there have been enough transactions to build up a reliable picture. In summary another load of garbage statistics.0

I've just realised it says top 19. Why? Why not 10 or 20, some number that we would normally use? Imagine Jimmy Saville counting down the top 19 on a Thursday night.0
