Hi all, Hoping to get a little advice on mobile phone insurance as my contract is coming up for renewel and I'm looking to cut costs a little.
Currently I'm paying approx £16 a month for two mobile phones on contract in my household. Since the contracts are almost up I thought I'd do a quick check on this forum to see what other insurers are recommend for phone insruance rather than just go with the ones whoever the mobile phone supplier tells you to go with.
I noticed a few times that people have said that the phones are likely to be covered on household contents insurance, now this is something I don't have.. but have always 'meant' to have arranged.. just never got around to it.. and I should.
But my concern is that if I were to ever need to make a claim on my household insurance n the case of a broken phone, then the increase in policy cost because Ive had to make a claim would make it not worthwhile..
Just wondering what others thoughts are on this..
Thanks
