TESCO DVD rental not good

I have just finished a 3 month gift subscription. Another one is to start today and I have been sent a code. The code is not being recognised and in addition I have been charged £7.97 on my bank account. BEWARE. When the gift sub finishes it automatically goes to taking money monthly from your account. It is very very difficult to navigate around the dvd site.

I got "caught" by this one, in that no courtesey email to remind you that the new month is starting and you will be charge (or in fact even an email to say "you have been billed for march")
its fair enough, they tell you when they will charge in your welcome email so we just need to be a bit more organised.0
