Hi
I am not very techie minded. Someone/thing has hijacked my yahoo email account and has to my knowledge sucessfully sent 1 email, all the others (all my email contacts) have been returned by the deamon mailer thing, as unable to be delivered.
I checked my AVG and two components: - anti spyware and anti-virus were not active (they had expired a week ago apparantly) so I updated and now they are shown as active. Do I need to do anything to protect my yahoo? should I change my account provider, password etc?

Just to add it has actually taken my list of contacts!

Thanks
