Oyster Card Issue
I don't often use my card being in the North, but have had no problems up to now. I always check my statement online if I have made any journeys to London. When I did it this time it has shown on my journey history, entry at Victoria, but not my exit at Euston. Although it shows a balance of £3.50 on the journey history, the actual balance on the overview is correct at £5.90. Although the panic was over on discovering this I am puzzled at why the exit still isn't showing up. Has this happened with anyone else? Is it anything to be concerned about, and can anyone say why this has happened?

Updates to the long term records do not always happen very fast - maybe that's it??0

I know on buses sometimes it will deduct money off your Oyster correctly, but for whatever reason doesn't show on the journey history. Perhaps upon exiting at Euston your Oyster worked correctly, but the ticket machines just didn't upload the information to the computers?I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0

it happens to me alot on late night travel between 23.50 and 00.10. the exits never show OR they show up a day late. sometimes they undercharge me.0

I have that before. I exited at Stratford but ended up somehow going through two gates leaving the Jubliee Line and then the main station. It recorded my exit and then recorded me entering again! I got charged £3.50. I phoned them up and they said just to go to a ticket office and they can sort it out but I didn't go to London for a month or two. When I tried to do it they said it was too late and to make sure I got these things sorted straight away.
I read somewhere that if you clock in and not clock out you get charged full fare or something.0 -
mrcol - u need to write a letter. they have your full card details from the day it was registered including ALL top ups, usage and your address and any loaded discounts, e.t.c. dont accept that they cant sort it out, as u can request this receipt of information at any tube station.0
