No, I have a letter from my physio that says no ironing for 25 years!! Aren't I lucky. Haven't touched one in 14 years now! That is what I have a husband and sons for.:rotfl:

So that means you can start doing some ironing again in 2020? :D

I hope not. I need to find another friendly physio in the next few years.

A flylady question. Does anyone know how to get rid of a white mark on an oak table.

I have a wake up light too but as I was still awake at midnight I pressed the alarm button too. It was horrible to wake me up like that. Mine was set for 8.30 though!

Regarding something that doesn't use too much energy, I am going to sort a bit of paperwork. Do you do something for about 10 minutes then change to something less energy sapping?

    Hi Poohbear

I'm so tired at the moment. Whatever this bug is, it's really zapping me. Today was the first dog walk day, and I really struggled. I've eaten brunch and I've got to pick something up from my Mum's house. So I'm going to do that, and see if it wakes me up a bit. If not, I'm just going to come home and have a nap until school run time.

I LOVE my wake up light. I think that I only realise how good it is, if something ( one of the children  ) wakes me up before the 'Sunrise' has begun. I have it set to the radio which comes in quietly and gradually reaches the proper volume. So no jolting out of sleep for me... which is perfect, because it really upsets me to be woken harshly!!

Hi Toots I hope you really mean that you are on light duties today! Nothing heavy duty for you lady :naughty: We were discussing our trip up to Ullapool the other day. I think we're going to stay at the Perth travelodge for the night to break up the journey... plus that'll give us longer to see you!!! :)

Have just popped in from work. This morning has been ok. I have mountains of work which i could disappear under and dont really know what to do first but have just done one thing at a time approach.

Ive just found out that a meeting supposed to be taking place next week has been moved to tomorrow! Im unprepared, but it doesnt really matter.

Going to sort out my list for tonight - when i get home!

Thats if I dont collapse in a heap as soon as I get through the door! :rotfl:

Sarah - I'm incredibly lethargic at the moment too. I think it might be down to the dull weather and lack of sunshine as much as anything - not enough vitamin D! Even on the days when I've been to the gym early it hasn't been enough to get me going. The reflexologist has suggested fish oil tablets (or the vegan alternative, as I don't approve of the fish oil industry ) and increasing the iodine in my diet. Maybe you need to book yourself a massage or manicure or something - or if you're feeling really grotty, I have to say I can't recommend reflexology highly enough (this isn't medical advice... it's pampering and energising advice BTW...!)

One load of laundry in, DW filters done, washing up done, a few bits in soaking. Arrangements made to see a friend tomorrow afternoon, one freecycler replied to, another freecycle reponse received. So I need to carry on with emptying the car and slowly dealing with the kitchen. Once the car is empty I can do some food shopping ;) as I'm getting a bit low on stuff like salad (another thing that might explain the sluggishness!).

    Back from town.

Decluttered a bag of stuff to the charity shop.

Done today's financial task. Just going to make a cuppa and ring mum and then I have an exam to invigilate this afternoon.

    Afternoon all

Bathroom done yesterday and computer desk (don't have a study) done on Tuesday. So I think that's OK Toots.

Today I've done a load of washing which is out on the line. I've polished in the living room and the computer desk and vacuumed right through downstairs.

Made sausage & tomato pie for dinner, which is in the oven now.

Haven't read anything yet so I don't know what else is going on.
