National Anthems - Welsh/Irish help needed

It is a long story but I need to be able to sing both the welsh and irish national anthem. First verse and chorus would do !!!!!

I know it is a long shot but does anyone have any sites they recommend to learn these things a) to dowload a clear version of both and b) PLEASE the phonetic version of them. I am so struggling with my consonants of both in the natural language and without wanting to cut corners, haven't the time to learn both languages.

Been struggling with the welsh one since Saturday !!!

BTW it is for family reasons, not for the rugby !!!!!!!

mae hen wlad fy nhadau is the welsh one - a real classic with the infamous male voice choirs so there should be plenty of suitable downloads floating round the net.

if you need help getting your tongue around the words, there are several welsh speakers on the boards - myself, cymro and fran to name just a few. feel free to PM me if you want help, or there is always a welcome for you in the wales board itself

as for the irish one - cant help you sorry!

The BBC wales site, https://www.bbcwales.co.uk has the Welsh national anthem, words and video and you can also print out the phonetic pronunciation of the anthem from there too.
Thers a number of celebrities on the site learning welsh "The big welsh challenge" and one of them, Stuart Cable wanted to learn the anthem too.
Re the Irish anthem my children downloaded it from a music download site but I'm not sure which one.

Just to point out that you can find BBC Wales at http://www.bbc.co.uk/wales/ - not sure quite what the site named above is all about but I shall be drawing it to the attention of BBC Wales management as it's a commercial site trying to associate itself with the BBC.
