Anyone heard or used this company?

We have found a really great dress thats suits all the bridesmaids.... thank god!!!

It's the Jasmine B2 B9049. But in the shop is £198.... and I have 4 BMs!

I guess they are like landy as there colour chart is almost identical but I dont see this dress on Landy.

If you email Landy the pictures of the dress then I'm sure they'll give you a price for it. I did that with Milly.

TBH Kelda, I think there are so many of these manufacturers out there. Many people here use Landy, Milly, Light in the Box and 1 member has used Islandelegance. I've heard of the ones I've mentioned but not the one you have. Nothing to say they aren't any good however. You may find in other countries they are popular.

They are accrding to the telepehone number on their website are american. but when I emailed them and they replied the style of language used in the reply makes me think it might be a non native english speaking manufacturer so probably chinese.

Ive emailed Landy though as even if its a little more expensive I'd be inclined to go with them as they're a well known entity.

A google search on whois states they are registered in Shanghai , no surprises there then girls.

That makes me understand the cost issue now - now once I hear from landy, if they are loads more expensive I have to work out if its worth giving store of dress a whirl.

Well I emailed Landy.

They came back with 140euro per dress :eek: which is £123 - i can get the original junior BM dress for £125 in Scotland.

And the real dresses for £114 in the US (of course you might get stung for tax)

But the loose material per meter is 5 euro per meter (£4.42) versus the $20 per meter (£13.62) store of dress are charging. This is obviously how they'll make a bit more money out of me!

Store of Dress would still work out cheaper even if I did by 6 metres of fabric at $20.

I windering whether I should get them to make one at 43, to see what its like.

Or baragin with Landy. She said If I got more than one dress that they could offer a discount.

I'm thinking of saying 85 euros per dress is the top price I can pay but that I will also by 2 flowergirls dresses at the normal price quoted on the website, plus 6 metres of material, plus I was hoping they may be able to make smakller versions of the flowergirls dresses for teddybear factory teddies instead of flowers.

Do you think its worth asking?

I'm confused. Why do you want to spend money just "to see" if you like it?
I don't know whether a big concern like Landy are willing to bargain. In all fairness, they don't need the custom from you if you decide to go elsewhere.
What is your budget and style of dress? I have some time so I can source different places if you like.
