Southern Electric Seem My Best Option Any Known Issues

I have just ran my costs through the usual energy bots and SE come up with a £104 saving on British Gas, I have 3 family members running very well with them and have never had any issues at all.

Does anyone on here have a good customer relationship with them or is their any issues I should know about them.

My parents use to be with British Gas but switched to Southern Electric about 5 years ago now. Not only have they found that they are much cheaper than BG but found that they offer good customer service and also give a discount if you have both gas and Electric with them. On top of this we use to get loyalty points to use at Argos but they have recently changed it so we get to buy Argos vouchers and get a 10% discount each time.

And because they were so cheap my parents changed they gas and electric to SE for the business too, shame that we dont get any loyalty points tho.

They are quite good .No such issues .If your thinking to move to se then see this link which was posted by another MSE user,you may save more.

Thanks for the tips folks all looking good I have also chatted to some people last night and today at work who are with them, all have switched in the last 12 months not one single issue or hick-up.

They say CS is A1 no call centres in the far east and they do what they say on the tin...:-)
