Hi ,
I am having trouble getting onto ebay today , first I was getting Http 1.1 error , but now I am getting Http 400 Bad request on nearly every page I click on.
Does anyone know how I can stop this please ?

Most likely a problem with the web server. Try to restart your PC incase it is a local problem or try an alternative browser.
