Will my contents insurance be void

I was recently burgled totalling about 10K. I had a claim on my buy to let property in 2002 for 1K but in 2005 did not think I needed ti disclose to insurance as it was not residential. I am still with them in 2009 but mentioned to them I did not disclose this to them in 2005 as I didnt think it was relevant two difference insurance. They have now sent my insurance to under writers to maybe void. I have been told that they may not void it but make you pay back what you owed as they may have insured me with this information. However Im thinking because of the size of the claim they may try too. Please help

If you have obtained insurance without full disclosure of facts they can do a number of things. If they feel its intentional non-disclosure they can void your claim. If they feel its inadvertant they can reduce your claim. Typically by the amount of the premiums they would have taken had you declared it. If they wouldnt have accepted you on cover if they had known the facts, they can void the policy and return the premiums.
