Hi all,
Looking for a bit of advice on the above subject.
Long story cut short, paid £1500 deposit on a business website, total cost was £3500. I ran into financial difficulties so the website had to be put on hold. I now need that deposit back.
There was no contract agreed nor was anything signed.
The person building the website only had put in place the base template for the design, nothing else.
I havn't spoken with them yet, just wanted to know my rights, if any , before i start trying to get it back.
Thanks.
