Not a bad idea that Jack

Give a scan with SAS and we should be done

Download SUPERANTISPYWARE (Click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_superantispyware/
    UPDATE and COMPLETE scan

mywebsearch is a pain in the a$$, and suspected trojans too. The QUERTY ones'll be part of COMBOFIX - remember, you renamed it earlier ??
Suggest updating Malwarebytes to the latest version (you're still out-of-date by the look of it) and full scan, and SuperAntiSpyware, update and full scan.... RiK'll have direct links for SAS...won't you matey ?? ;)

    thanks a lot again rik.

can i pick your brain again please.
thing is i was deleting some stuff from control panel and add and remove programs and wanted to delete a hp printer thing as i now have a epson, when clicking on remove it seems like it is doing something but then it always ends up back on my list.

so i wanted to know if there is another way of removing it from my pc?
