mywebsearch is a pain in the a$$, and suspected trojans too. The QUERTY ones'll be part of COMBOFIX - remember, you renamed it earlier ??
Suggest updating Malwarebytes to the latest version (you're still out-of-date by the look of it) and full scan, and SuperAntiSpyware, update and full scan.... RiK'll have direct links for SAS...won't you matey ??

i did another scan this mornig with that and it came up with this i did delete to.

i will download latest sas and do scan with that to. thanks to both of you, by the way i found that e mail thing i think it was trend id or trend micro id i have removed it from pc nowhave now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving0 -

thing is i was deleting some stuff from control panel and add and remove programs and wanted to delete a hp printer thing as i now have a epson, when clicking on remove it seems like it is doing something but then it always ends up back on my list.
so i wanted to know if there is another way of removing it from my pc?have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving0 -
