As you know, it is timeshare, I have seen £11000 quoted as the sale price but if that doesn't put you off, the £560 a year maintenance charge should tell you all you need to know0

I know this is an old post but having just returned from this place I searched on MSE out of interest, found this, and thought I'd just add that this was pretty much what i was quoted at the sales pitch, which gave you 1 week a year in a 1 bedroom unit0
