Hi everyone,
I'm looking to book a nice restaurant in central London for a group of 10 of us, one of whom is a wheelchair user. I've been doing a bit of research online and by visiting some places but am not having much luck yet! I live in London so its not a problem to go and do a reccy before booking.
I'm looking for somewhere that is accessible to enter and has accessible loos (most places have loos downstairs and no lift!)
If anyone can recommend anywhere please let me know. I'm thinking European (French, Spanish, Greek etc) but am open to suggestions. We will not consider anything spicy so Thai, Indian etc are out; as are seafood heavy places.
Thanks in advance!

All the restaurants in the Brunswick Centre - http://www.brunswick.co.uk/ - are disabled accessible, and all are on one level with toilets too.
None of the restaurants there are really spicy. I recommend Carluccio's.
Also, it is very central in WC1.Cake please...0 -
Thanks Lucy, I'll look into that.
Anyone else?
Thanks0 -
Wow - who would have thought it was so difficult to remember where the loos are...will keep thinking and get back to you ;0)

For an absolutely stunning lunch experience in London consider Claridges. £30 each with at least 3 choices for each course. Have tap water to drink.
Loos are amazing, on same floor. Lovely lady who runs you a bowl of water then offers you a fresh real towel.0 -
Thanks KrissKross, I'll look into that. Anyone else? Little Chicken?0

Browns Covent Garden http://www.browns-restaurants.co.uk/menu-coventgarden.php (Bistro)
Med Kitchen Cambridge Circus http://www.browns-restaurants.co.uk/menu-coventgarden.php (Meditteranean - sp?)
Creation Restuarant http://www.radisson.com/hotels/gbkenilw/dinings (British - hotel restau.)
DISCLAIMER: I have not eaten in any of these places yet so take no responsibility if they are c.rap. I am posting this as I thought it might just save someone else some time. I'm eating at Med Kitchen at the weekend and will let you know what its like.
