Disappearing cursor in Firefox

When i'm using Firefox and i stop moving the mouse the cursor disappears. If i move the mouse again or start typing something it flashes back up again but it's very annoying if i'm looking at search results in google and the mouse keeps disappearing so i dont know where it is when i want to click somewhere.

Its only happening in Firefox, the mouse is fine when i;'m doing whatever on the desktop or other files

Anyone know how to fix this or how its happened in the first place?

Thanks

[STRIKE]Edit: Nevermind, problem has sorted itself. I just installed a new add-on, (non related, was just installing it anyway) restarted firefox and it seems to have cleared up[/STRIKE]

2nd edit: It's come back, tried restarting again but nothing.
Anyone got any ideas? please, this is really irritating!

the add-ons were Hyperwords 5.5 and Restart Firefox 0.3

I'm still getting the problem but it seems to be on and off now.

Just noticed the mouse seems to be fine and acting normally until I'm loading a new page with a video. It's ok on youtube etc but when i load up something like http://revision3.com/systm/cake/ the page loads and the mouse starts doing it's flickering/disappearing while the video initialises and starts playing then it goes back to normal as the movie carries on.

    Any ideas?

If removing the addons hasnt fixed the problem then im afraid your probably knackered. The only way of fixing the problem is to either create an entirely new profile (easiest) or go into the settings and change them (Which I have no clue to change what to what to fix it)
