Hi folks

I have a Kyocera 2020 photocopier, and is has an error code of J00 on it.

It had have a paper jam, which I have cleared, as the error code altered, and I am fairly certain I have removed all the paper from the jam.

I have hunted in the manual and cannot find this code, does any one have any ideas as to the cause / solution?
