after a disaterous effort in finding the right nursery for our children, we had found one which was perfect-(a national chain)- until it announced that it was shutting down at the end of the month as with all the other nurseries in the group outside london. uuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhhh
now i have found a registered childminder to have the children and as she's newly registered she doesn't know how to cash in the busy bees vouchers that i will be paying her with.
the local authority cant help her with info either....
i thought i would post this question on the board for all the experts out there

Hi,
Your new childminder will need to register with Busy Bees. It is (apparently!) a really easy thing to do. Just contact Busy Bees and ask them to send her out the appropriate pack which she needs to complete. I think she may need to provide copies of certificates, but apart from that it should be relatively straightforward. She will then receive cheques from them. You can either elect for them to send them straight to your childminder or to you to pass on."I've fallen down a hole" - said in best Monty Python voice-over.0
