When I say in my sale I res the right to end at any time I get the sale stopped, I see there are loads of others that do not, am I being watched. I genuinely do have items advertised elsewhere and therefore they could sell but ebay don't seem to like this any more.
I came in to this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

Its never been allowed. Just because others get away with it.
If it sells in two places you would have major problems, if you fail to fulfill Ebay transactions you'll inevitably lose your account..0 -

Why even mention it in the listing?
If you get a better offer, just cancel any bids and end it. As long as you do not make a regular habit of it, then eBay are not likely to take any action. If you don't get a better offer, then at least you have not risked your policy compliance due to dodgy wording.
As no transaction will have taken place on eBay, nobody can report you as a non-performing seller or neg you.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0
