    Would you have bought an unsealed mobile from them..surely you could see the seal was broken and queried this with them or not bought it at all?:rolleyes:

    I think it is more the fault of Argos(or rather the employee who deals with returns). I don't know what their policy is but if their goods promise allows for the return of items even if they have been opened then you can't blame the consumer if they plop it back into stock without repackaging it.
