FREE gym membership with your health insurance

:j My girlfriend and I have been looking for cheap health insurance recently and found this great deal with PruHealth.

When you take out a plan they offer everyone covered on the policy 3 months free gym membership with either Cannons or Holmes Place.

They said that at the end of the 3 months we can continue our membership for £25 a month. I checked with my nearest gym and they usually charge £75.

The £50 we're saving each month on the gym actually covers the cost of our health insurance which was only £32.

This is definately a must for those interested in their health. We checked the levfel of cover against Standard life and Bupa and PruHealth offered us better cover on almost every treatment.

I think you just need to mention the gym deal when you call in to become receive the offer

    Cheers Terry,

My mate at work took out the policy last week and she got the 3 months free membership as well.

Apparantly every time she visits the gym she is awarded points which count towards savings on her next years cover.

Not sure how the points are collected but she said that if she goes 2-3 times a week she'll get between 75% and 100% off the cost of next year's cover.

I think its meant to be a way of allowing young and healthy people to afford health insurance because they won't need treatment as often as others.
