brought and paid via paypal a pushchair that was described as
"great condition very few marks and scrapes"

was collection only approx 70 miles away but had a family member working in the area who collected for me.

received the pushchair and it was very dirty lots of marks and food crumbs in it and has a hole in the hood

i sent the seller a message saying about the hole in the hood and said i could send pics if need be

they sent me there email and i sent pics
have since received a message saying

well do u want to return????

i replied saying i would like to try and fix and if i can not would they consider a partial refund towards the cost of a new hood

i think they went for the return as they know how far i was away and that i would have to pay to return

if it were you what would you do and what kind of feedback would you leave
