    Dear Customer

To be honest, we can hold nothing against Amazon for a price error. We all hoped it might get through un-noticed but as so many people ordered it that hope was soon long gone. Yes it was sneaky to cancel all our orders leaving no record of them but they did the right thing today by emailing everyone and even changing some peoples postage to make it fair.

They have every right to cancel orders if there is a price error and no money has yet been taken. As some one has already said this time we did not get the bargain, but there will almost certainly be a next time - probs very soon too! :)
The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)

Still hoping, last time they told me they cancelled the orders they shipped them anyway - so who knows. That was back when Monty Python set was £3.95 and I got the Indiana Jones set for £5.95

got an e-mail yesterday after I complained about the fact that they had just cancelled my order without a by or leave. Got one back stating it was a clear misprice! To which I replied saying that it had 88% on the actual box as well the title and that I had received a mail from another on-line etailer offering a exercise bike for £49.99 down from £299.99 and this was not a misprice so how was I to know what was and what wasn't. I also mentioned their poor handling i.e. no notification or any attempt to contact me and the way I found that my order had been cancelled was when I looked at my Amazon account yesterday morning to find the order had gone from their system!

Today I got a long winded e-mail saying that their supplier had deleted the item from thier inventory and gave me a £5 gift voucher. It's still listed and is £50.97 on their site.......

Just had an email telling me that they are still sending me the battery I ordered to take the price up to the free delivery threshold and charging me nearly a fiver for it as I don't qualify for the free delivery any more!

If you did the same or similar cancel the rest of the order unless you want the other thing that badly!

I thought the cancellation email referred to the whole of the order.
