Used code XX827 yesterday, was supposed to be delivered today. Waited in all day, thought this is taking forever so just checked account - they have pulled it and asked me to call them.

i have tried to point out that they remove the codes either at the time or later if you are not entitled to use them

Just had a look at HUKD and read post number 3 here. Has anyone had similar experience?

I'd use these codes with caution.

:eek: can they do that ?! surely once the purchase / payment is complete they can't ask for the money back esp some 2 yrs down the line!

seems no-one took much notice of my warnings in posts 418 and 430 then

And as he6rt6gr6m on UKHD has pointed out:

"If they emailed them to you, you’re entitled. You should have kept the emails and presented them to the fraud dept. in a hard copy (i.e. send them a printed version of the email) and they haven’t a leg to stand on."

So only used these codes if you're signed up to their email and with caution as I've pointed out.
