can anyone help i used a code and yet i got a order confirmation stating the FULL amount .... will i still get the money back when i ring them to confirm i am keeping the goods ...worried!

Thanks OP. I have just received the work bench I ordered on Monday.

I am not going to open it untill I am sure i will not have to pay for it.

I have just been on the phone to Littlewoods, they are now saying I will have to pay for the workbench:mad:......needless to say it is now going back.

Delivery driver is calling tomorrow to collect it.

I'm interested in why you need to return yours? did they call you? I ordered a lovely pr of shoes with it which are too big for me and want to return them but the next size down is out of stock but now I'm frightened they'll want to charge me for the desk too!

For littlewoods direct I just used code ZQ364 and got £10 off a £20 order.

I phoned them, I wanted to make sure they wernt going to charge me after I had assembled the desk.

It was going to be far easier to return it in tyhe original box....plus I am away for a few days at the weekend, and I wanted to get rid of it on Thursday.

The courier is HDN and I know the driver will leave/pick up from my porch if I am not in.

I can't be doing with the hassle to be honest, and my son had far too many birthday pressies last week.
