Good Spa for Hen Night in Wales

Hi all
My OH has been appointed organiser of her friend's hen night in early May.
They all live in South Wales and fancy an overnight stay & a day in a spa.
There's only 5 of them (all 40+) so it won't be stupid and offensive (on the other hand...)
Can anyone recommend a good 'un?
Thanks
Si

The St Davids Hotel and Spa in Cardiff Bay is supposed to be pretty good, although it should be as it is 5 star.0

we treated ourselves to a night there and really liked it. i know they do day spa rates as i met some ladies there who were doing this. for anyone with kids though i imagine no one will be taking some kids along they also have a creche. the night stayover is pricey as is a 5 star but the door man and some other staff where really quite friendly and i would definitely love to go back. Katherine Zeta Jones plays at their golf charity tournaments. breakfast is generous and we had lunch in a small village in the mountains from there . also nice sunday roast in cardiff bay near the new marina. i know though that a lot of british hen parties go to Dublin as i was always seeing them when i lived over there.
