need a bit of advice
i applied for my credit card and bank charges ect from lloyds and they sent me over 300pages going right back to 1999 and also a letter ontop stating that all my loan agreements ect with signatures were there but they have missplaced my signed agreement for my credit card can i make a claim to write off the balance as they havent got all the relevant documents???

No. People think just because a company hasn't got a credit agreement, that they can just not pay the debt. You spent the money, so pay it back. If you try and get out of it because they haven't got a credit agreement, don't expect your credit rating to stay intact.0
