According to my agreement i was due to pay £1,152 for ppi over 50 months i am now 27 months into that so if i we're to half my ppi i should of got back £576.41 plus 8% if i'm correct?
If i was to write back at explain that i think i'm due more and they refused could i still then just accept the first offer or would that be invaild?
Hi there,
I would contact them and ask them are they able to go higher before you sign, then see what they say, I am not too sure if that would then be invalid or not as some companies are more lenient that others, but remember if there is more to be claimed and they do not offer this, plus the interest and of course the 8% a court would award, especially if this was taken to the FOS, you can claim this too.;)
You could wait for other opinions on this as well if you want to, good luck with this.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
