The request for a full refund was declined, then I explain in more detail for the refund, and the seller said ok,
    what do I do now?
do I wait for the seller to refund or do I have press the refund button again, so seller can refund it.

you will have to send the item back by a signed for postage method at your own cost, then the seller should issue a refund

The item is a carrycot, which has mould growing in it, it is a health risk to young children, they must have known the mould was in there because you could smell cleaning spray in it, and it was left damp and wet.
it can not be used again.
If they had told me it was mouldy I would have not bid on it.

you could ask for the seller to cover the return postage ,they are not obliged to , a good seller would.
i understand its very disappointing and annoying that you have not had a great transaction .
hopefully it will be sorted quickly

    Thanks for your help.

I will have to email them again. to get a refund and see what they say.

because the last email they gave me just said "ok" to my request.

As has been said its usual for a seller to want the item back before refunding but maybe they haven't mentioned sending the item back because they either don't want it back or just don't understand how things usually work.
I would e-mail the seller and ask if they want the item back. If they do then send it by a method that can be tracked online.

Also don't close the dispute until you have your refund. Once closed you can't re-open it.
