So you don't want a dual fuel discount then, you may regret it. Maybe not today. Maybe not tomorrow, but soon..............................

I have just ran a check on the comparison services and Southern Electric come up with an approx saving of £109 for me :-) I hear many good things from family who use them. I may take the plunge and leave British Gas.

Always daunting moving but hay for £108 it's got to be worth ago.

You are right about the rise, but I am also sick to death of BG customer serivce, no offence but I do not like getting call centres with people I can never understand and excessive bad background noise.

Also on another note it took me 45 minutes in a Q the other night to get through, I will be in the same boat as SKY customers with that kind of wait.

Since deciding to go over to SE I have made two follow up calls with questions, the phone was picked up in a few rings, the person was very helpful, patient and said they would call me back with an answer to a question they could not give me accurate info on inside 1 hour, hay presto 17 mins later they called me with a full and comprehensive answer BG have never done that.
