Hi
my case has been on hold now for approx 2 yrs, and is being dealt with by one of these reclaim your charges companies, however we are really suffering some hardship at min. i asked about seeing if i could claim on the hardship side of it but they replied that it would take about 12 months and they the bank delve into all your finances, is this true.
