Company car tax - silly question?

I'm a standard uk tax payer at 20% and have a company car as part of my work package. I use this for commuting 120 miles per day and for private mileage too. I pay the fuel card bill my way of deduction from my salary.
I have no other registered benefits.
My tax code is 258L (was 603L previously) guessing it would have been 647L now if I didn't have the car?
The deduction is the car tax, of £6,470 less £2,580 = £3,890. 20% of this is £778...
So is this the tax I pay each year of roughly £65 per month?
Auto Trader website show this table http://www.whatcar.com/company-car-tax.aspx?MA=7&MV=25349&ED=51835 (£548 tax payable at 20%) but the car does have some extras pushing the base price up and consequently the P11D figure - I think??
Thanks for your help!!
