Morning Everyone,
Didn't manage to do as much revision as I wanted to yesterday so will do a couple of hours today. Today is meant to be my 'day off' from revision so will go and see my folks and some time with OH. We might also catch up with his family too which will be nice.
I managed my first NSD yesterday too.
So my list of jobs today:- REVISE

- Clean bathroom
Have a great day everyone.

Good morning everyone!
Feel better this morning.
Pleased that I achieved all my goals for yesterday apart from writing my letter to my friend. Interesting! That was the 'flow activity'
Identify the hobby or activity that completely absorbs you, where you feel most yourself ('This is the real me') and time seems to stand still. It could be making music, playing sport etc.. Psychologists call this a 'flow activity' and people record the highest level of gratification afterwards.
So I will add it to my list again today.
Today's DFW aims:- Storecupboard/fridge/freezer breakfast and lunch-DONE
- Dinner at my sister's. It's my nephew's 16th birthday today so we eat for free.
- Check ebay that is finishing.-ongoing
- Add any ebay totals to my make £5 per day total. Start thinking of ideas for next week-Finishes between 8-9 this evening.
- List last lot of ebay items before we move-DONE
- Go for a walk-DONE
- Start the letter to my friend in Australia.
- Hoover house-DONE
Have a great day all and don't forget your flow activity!!!

With regards to the oxfam question of my own, i have looked through and have found the answer:
http://plana.marksandspencer.com/you-can-do/sustainable-raw-materials/26/
Instead of throwing clothes you don't want any more in the bin, take them to your local Oxfam store.
When you show them the M&S label(s), they'll give you a voucher worth £5 to use the next time you spend £35 or more on clothing, home or beauty products in M&S. The voucher is valid during that calendar month
Not as great as what i though but if you are a regular Marks and Spencers shopper then this is FAB!!!
