Outlook and Googlemail

I use a Googlemail account in conjunction with Outlook 2003 (POP3). This has been working fine for years but just recently I have noticed that if I distribute emails to contacts in the BCC field (no other recipients), that the email also comes back to me.

I am not aware of having made any changes to the settings, any reason why this might be happening?

It may just use your email address by default in the TO field as it may not accept an empty field.

But it always used to work OK, it's only this week that I have been receiving my own emails back.

    It's still working!

To be honest I didn't realise you could get away with nothing in the 'TO' field. I always address that sort of group BCC mail back to myself anyway :)
