Prize:
The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. The prize is a cheque for £1,000 payable in the name of the entrant only, and a 7-night trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida for the winner and three companions including return flights from Gatwick or Manchester as determined by the prize provider, return airport ground transfers in Orlando, hotel accommodation (one standard room at a Disney hotel, quad occupancy), an 8 day park pass to attractions at Walt Disney World as specified by the prize provider, limo transportation from the hotel to Disney’s Hollywood Studios on one day during the trip, a VIP guide and personal photographer, a behind-the-scenes VIP tour of The American Idol Experience attraction, and VIP seating for one performance of The American Idol Experience attraction.




The prize is subject to restrictions and availability, and to terms and conditions of the prize provider, the airline and other applicable terms and conditions. The prize must be booked by 1 April 2010, and completed by no later than 1 June 2010 inclusive subject to availability and restrictions including confirmation of travel dates, exclusion and block-out dates as applicable, school and public holidays, inclement weather and access restrictions. All elements of the trip must be taken up during one period and not separately. The winner must ensure that they and their companions hold a valid passport and visa and are available during the relevant dates. The prize is non-changeable and non-transferable. There is no alternative prize. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any element of the prize for circumstances beyond their reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any costs, liabilities, damages, losses or medical conditions aggravated or incurred by the winner and/or their companions in taking up the prize. The prize excludes other costs including but not limited to UK ground transfers, other accommodation, meals, drinks, insurance, spa treatments, supplementary hotel charges, telephone calls, room service, souvenirs, gratuities, incidental costs and taxes. The winner must be aged 18 years or over and proof of age and eligibility may be required. The Promoter endeavours to deliver the prize within 28 days of winner confirmation. The Promoter will only pass an entrant’s data to third parties for marketing purposes if that entrant has asked to receive marketing information from those third parties. Other restrictions apply. The winner will be notified by phone on the competition draw date or as soon as practicable thereafter. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner. Failure to respond or if they cannot be contacted or are unable to comply with these terms the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next correct entry drawn at random.
