Nah! don't tell them anything. If they get there before he does the whoopie! no fees to pay, if you get there before they do then no problem.
He will probably have to have a face to face interview if they do the job and if you have any assetts then they can appoint an IP of their choosing.
It's up to you what you do really, beat them to it or let them do it.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

We've nearly finished our Soa's now (online) so am going to phone the court on Monday - reading the papers this weekend & even on the news the amount of insolvencies at the mo are sky high so I guess the courts are busy, busy! Brighton Court especially so apparently

Thank you tomterm8 The debt is owed to a firm of solicitors the notice was served under form 6.9 following repeated attempts to have enforcement officers call at our house and questionning in court twice. They knew then that we have no assests, and are living in rented accomodation.
Thanks beentheredonethatstillhere.
Unfortunately there is an overdraft but I will give it a go nothing ventured, nothing gained
Thanks again for all the help0 -
Hi Flowerpot
Seriously chick I wouldn't worry. As other people have said, statutory demands are nothing but hot air unless there are significant assets to protect. As both of you are going to declare bankruptcy, there is nothing more that the creditors can do to you. The very worst that a creditor can do to you is something you are both going to do anyway. Keep strong. Focus on looking after yourselves and try not to worry.0
