just read martin's old thread on this . has anyone had any money back from the retailers who they bought from? I believe i have now been debited well over £100 of what i initially only wanted! can i get this back from the retailer? can anyone help? thanks in advance. this should change. I think there should be a law on it.
I have just sent the retailer an email. they do not have a telephone number on their website to call them - typical isnt it! i will cancel the card and see but i am not sure about getting reimbursements. any tips appreciated. should i still take this up with the bank?
oh and by the way Halifax has debited me for something which is not mine anyway too!
just called Halifax and have just paid me some of the money already. believe a bit more outstanding so we will have to see. i think they may owe me for interest as the card was now finished for the 0% interest so looking into this.
