lloyds tsb charges

i sent them a letter 2weeks ago with a breakdown of charges and the interest calculator break down,
i had a letter back today stating they feel there unplanned overdraft charges are fair and while the case is ongoing through the courts they feel they cannot deal with my charges untill a decision is made via the courts untill then im on hold,

any help on what i can do next my charges came out at £1095 and then had £95 of interest ontop im unemployed and overdrawn,

many thanks

  • I first put my charges claim in to HSBC during 2007, but I am now claiming financial hardship (I was made redundant) as advised by this site and I have used the template letter.

Has anyone got experience of hardship claims through HSBC? Are they seemingly paying out yet or stalling?

seen as its Lloyds they are not good when it comes to hardship it seems, i have applied twice for hardship and got a load of mumbo jumbo in response what made no sense. I would just go to the ombudsman since they have not sent you hardship forms of anything else you got a standard letter back what everyone is getting - Lloyds are the pits when it comes to customer servive i heard.
    Owed out = lots.
