i wrote to lloyds in feb for fully list of charges for a old cc they sent back a list of late charges about £500...
the problem i have is i know i went over my limit a few times (got some old statements) so there would have been "over limit charge"but there is no mention of these charges in this list they sent me....
i wrote to them again on march 23 but got no reply also phoned them twice but still no new list of charges!!!!!
should i inform the information commissioner or should i start my claim for charges
any help please
