Lemon Verbena

Hi Mardatha,
I'm not sure where you live, but I think it may be north of me (between Perth and Dundee).
I had a lemon verbena plant in the garden a few years ago and it was quite prolific! (I just checked the images of it on google to check it's the same plant). I went on holiday one year and when we came back it was huge!! It was fine over the winters here - frost/bit of snow, so might be fine with you? Lost it's leaves, but came back in the spring.
(oh it died when I lifted it to replant elsewhere in the garden and forgot to water it well enough after moving
)
It's quite a tall, bushy plant so unless you have a big conservatory it might be a bit too jungly for in the house.

It's only a game

Once it's got quite woody, it's OK down to -10 degrees C, apparently, but it will lose its leaves.0

oh dear... Well I'm south of you mrs B but I'm high up (in the border hills). We get bad winters and a lot of snow. I think I'll keep it in here until it gets too big to live with, and then think of something ! LOL0
