Ihave an adjudicator

as the post says letter came today which was the adjudicator basically introducing himself. :j:j I probably still have ages to go but at least i not have one and i'm not flailing about in limboland

    That is good for you. They usually only take about 6 weeks ish but can be longer depending on how complex the case is.

    Good news that, its a good start and like Marshallka says below they can take about 6 weeks and then depending if the case becomes complexed to deal with or not also with the other party in how they deal with these complaints, but hope its sooner rather than later, good luck.X

    theway the company behaves i would imagine they will disagree with the adjudicator so i probably have 12-18 month to go.
