No visual on TV but can hear it!

Looking for some advice - I can't seem to get a picture on my TV, although I can hear the programmes . I have been doing some decorating and had to therfore pull all wires etc out, although I thought I had put everthing back into the right place......clearly not.

I have a TV, virgin box, dvd player and AV sender all plugged in - and as I say I can hear the channels, I just cant see them.

Any advice? Im sure it's something very simple, but I just cant fathom it out. I've probably not explained myself very well, however if you need more info I will try and give it to you.

TIA

Bettiboop

Are all the sources (Virgin Box, DVD player etc.) giving the same problem?

Make sure with any scart cables that sure all their plugs are properly pushed into the sockets, and aren't stuck in at an angle which might mean that not all the pins are connected...
