How do I make IE7 open in full page every time.

I have been messing about trying, unsucessfully, to move my task bar and now find I can open IE7 as full page but any links I click open half size. I used to be able to open them, pull to full size, then close holding control and then problem sorted but this method is not working for me now.

Any ideas

I know what you mean I often help with posts to the home buying board and must start saving the posts so I don't have to retype.
