Interesting...
About the bull/bear thing...I just want to make everyone aware that im neither. If I could wish 50% off HPs in the next 1-2 years - I would, because am planning to trade up and want a smallish mortgage - shame, it won't happen tho...
I want the UK market to increase 100%, and the euro to fall apart, I will then buy a place in Spain, I am not quite sure about the 100%
'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -

don't really see the concept of bull or bear to be about what you want to happen. but about what you think will happen (and more to the point what action you take/dont take). not really into the idea people should be basing actions on what they want to happen imoPrefer girls to money0 -
