Any recommendations?

I want to arrange a very romantic 2 night break in May for hubby and I. Its a very special occasion and I want to pull out all the stops.
Please could anyone recommend a lovely romantic hotel in either Kent/Sussex/Surrey/Hampshire area?
Ideally I'm looking for a hotel with an Olde Worlde style four poster bedroom. If the en-suite happens to have a jacuzzi bath then all the better
Obviously there are a few available via search engines but I'd prefer a recommendation from someone that knows the place already, if possible.

takes you to Longshott mannor - we were at a wedding there - wonderful food (silver servie & crystal glasses)
good rooms - different ambianceses - my sisters had a galleried bathroom, ours a four poster I think
& wonderful gardens.
Think they have other hotels0 -
The Chilston Park at Lenham, just off the M20 in Kent is fabulous. 4 posters and everything else you could possibly want for a romantic weekend. The atmosphere there is really unique.

Ashdown Park - it's divine. Was lucky to stay there for a works function. Just check they dont have any corporate event on the dates you plan to be there...

Agreed - a truly stunning place - once you manage to find it off the "beaten tracks"!0
